A Kings Court Chambers’ statement said: “We have been contacted by a number of concerned clients who are worried about the latest UK Immigration review, which will see changes to the law that will be implemented on the 13th December 2012. The laws are constantly under review and constantly changing, often leaving the people we serve confused by the UK Immigration system.”

The guide, produced by Kings Court Chambers, Birmingham, provides a comprehensive review of the UK Immigration system covering a number of UK Visa types and the criteria that applicants need to meet in order to be eligible to apply.

Kings Court Chambers reviews its services constantly in order to provide clients up to date information on all matters relating to UK Immigration law.

A Kings Court Chambers’ senior representative said: “Our updated guide will act as a valuable source of information for current clients and potential customers. The in-depth review takes into consideration the proposed law changes to be implemented on 13th December 2012.”

The guide will help people to get a better understanding of what’s needed to qualify for UK Immigration and relieve any concerns and answer any frequently asked questions. Clarification of the UK Immigration system was the key factor behind the release of this document.
